Port Lockroy

A nice quiet day in harbour with a visit to a restored British base, surrounded, as usual, by thousands of penguins. The anchorage is full of ice but luckily there is little wind so it is no bother to us. A cruise ship passed by with an old friend of Leif on board, sadly we were unable to make contact this time but hope to meet them again.

Un día tranquilo en el puerto. Visitamos un base Británico, rodeado con pingüinos, como siempre. El puerto es lleno con témpanos, pero con suerte no hay viento y no nos molestan. Un crucero pasaba con un viejo amigo de Leif abordo, pero no logramos hablar con ellos, esperamos que encontremos otra vez.
